/Easy Roasted Asparagus
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch asparagus
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4-1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4-1/2 tsp thyme
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove the tough ends off of the asparagus and discard.
Wash the asparagus
Place asparagus in a roasting pan or baking sheet in a single layer
Drizzle the oil over the asparagus and toss together until well coated.
Sprinkle with black pepper, sea salt and thyme
Roast for 25-30 minutes
