Race Recovery Smoothie
/Last week I did a triathlon and instead of devouring the pizza, bagels, muffins and beer at the finish line, I opted to make this recovery smoothie when I got home.
I threw together whatever ingredients I had in my apartment and the result was delicious!
Race Recovery Smoothie
Yields: 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup water
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 frozen acai packet
1 scoop greens powder (I love Amazing Grass Orange Dreamsicle)
1 scoop protein powder
DIRECTIONS
Put ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
Blend until smooth
Serve immediately and enjoy!
