Sliced Cucumber with Sesame Salt
INGREDIENTS
1 medium to large organic cucumber
Rice vinegar
Gomasio (a must-have condiment usually found in the Asian food aisle of the store, comprising of sesame seeds, sea salt and seaweed)
DIRECTIONS
Slice cucumber using a knife or mandolin (recommended for perfectly uniform cuts)
Arranged on a plate with each slice slightly overlapping the one before it
Drizzle enough rice vinegar to coat all of the slices (don't drench it though!)
Top with a generous amount of Gomasio
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving
