Garlic Lovers Spicy Dipping Sauce

Earlier this week, I found myself coming down with early signs of a cold. Since I avoid taking medication as much as possible, I traded in cough syrup and throat lozenges for sleep, hot yoga, and lots of nutrient-dense foods including my secret weapon: RAW GARLIC

Garlic is a powerful antioxidant, antibiotic, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial. For best results, wait about 15 minutes after you peel and crush the garlic before eating it. [Warning: Side effects may include stinky garlic breath...a small price to pay for getting your health back on track! To freshen up your breath, eat some parsley.]

Believe it or not, I felt fantastic when I woke up the next morning.

Thank you, Garlic :)

While tasty, this dipping sauce is not for the faint of heart. Between the garlic and the ginger, my mouth was on fire and I was SWEATING. That said, I would recommend cutting down on the amount of garlic and ginger if you prefer a milder sauce. However, if you are fighting a cold and want to go the natural healing route, this sauce will do the trick! Best served with my Raw Vegan Sushi or spring rolls (rice paper filled with veggies).
